Rajmahal Towers - Koyal Enclave
Located at Koyal Enclave (Bhopura Chowk) Ghaziabad, the project abuts the Delhi border. A total of 278 D.U. are proposed on a site measuring 1.7 Acres Approx. The project houses 2 towers (St+10) stories high, the towers are designed & placed such to maximise natural light & ventilation to all flats.
Club & open space is designed right in middle of both towers giving equal access to all residents. Double heighted basement with multi-tiered parking is proposed to take care of majority of parking needs of the residents. The attempt is to maximise open space within the site for a better quality of living for its residents.
