Located on Muradabad -Chandausi Highway just outside Old Chandausi City, Chandausi greens is the first planned row housing of the city. Spread over 5.3 Acres the project houses 221 dwelling units. The project has 3 distinct unit types with "Lotus" & "Tulip" designed plots having duplex dwelling units of varying sizes, plots designated "Jasmine" have three independent floors thus offering a wide variety of residential units.
With amenities like all underground external electrification, underground storm water rainwater harvesting pits etc, Amroha Greens has been planned at par with current best practices prevalent in the country.
LOTUS - 3 Bhk duplex villa designed on a plot size of 100 Sqyds. The individual unit has been designed such that all rooms have natural light and ventlation.
TULIPDesigned on a plot size of 80 sqyds, its a duplex villa with two bedrooms. Each unit houses well ventilated spaces and rooms. Arch has been used as a primary design element to provide grandeur to front facade. Multiple units with front arches create a very dynamic street.
