The master plan is organized around a singular move—a large podium green that acts as both visual anchor and functional spine. The towers are arranged around its edge, granting direct access to the open space from every building. This radial configuration does more than just look good; it segregates vehicular and pedestrian movement entirely, creating a complex where children can run and adults can walk without the sound or danger of traffic.

The podium itself is divided into two distinct zones—one dedicated to active sports including tennis and badminton, the other thoughtfully designed for older residents and very young children. The club building is placed dead center, anchoring the green and becoming, along with the podium, the true heart of the project.

Crucially, the design avoids the trap of a stifling, enclosed environment. Deliberate gaps between towers allow wind to cut through, ensuring the entire podium is cross-ventilated. Fresh air moves freely through the complex, benefiting every resident, every home, every shared space.
