Located in Bhadsa, adjacent to the Reliance Medicity and AIIMS Jhajjar corridor, this 13-acre gated plotted development sits at the intersection of strategic growth and considered design. The brief was clear: create a residential enclave that rejects the high-density "concrete jungle" model prevalent in the region. Instead, we proposed a restricted-density layout—one that prioritizes air volume, visual transparency, and ecological balance over maximum unit yield. This is a deliberate shift toward "Open Lifestyle" planning—offering the modern professional a clean, quiet environment without compromising on the infrastructure and amenities of a world-class township.
Connectivity & Strategic Access
The site is anchored by its location directly off a 60-meter wide arterial road connecting Munda Khera to Mubarakpur. This ensures high-speed accessibility and significant commercial visibility at the entrance. But visibility does not mean intrusion. A gated, hierarchical road network transitions residents from the highway's pace into a quiet, private sanctuary—the city outside, the home within.
The Master Plan: A Themed Arterial Network
The layout is organized around a "Botanical" grid—a system that makes navigation both intuitive and aesthetic.
• Primary Circulation: Broad boulevards—Sunbeam Boulevard and Spring Avenue—form the project's spine, designed for movement with dignity.
• Intimate Enclaves: Residential plots are arranged along floral-themed lanes—Lilac, Tulip, Gulmohar, Rosewood—each creating a distinct micro-neighborhood within the larger estate.
• Zoning: A deliberate segregation between the entrance commercial zone and the residential interior ensures that the hustle and bustle of the main road never penetrates the living spaces. The commerce stays at the gate. The quiet stays within.
The Green Heart: Centralized Wellness
At the core of the design lies a one-acre landscaped green spine—not an afterthought, but the organizing principle of the entire development. This central park serves as both the lungs and social anchor of the community:
• The Clubhouse: A modern architectural centerpiece, housing a swimming pool, sun deck, and premium social amenities.
• Integrated Sports Zone: Professional-grade courts for tennis, basketball, and badminton, alongside a dedicated skating rink.
• Social Infrastructure: A sunken amphitheatre for community gatherings, manicured leisure gardens, and a safe, vibrant kids' play area.
