Sanskar World School, Ghaziabad
Located just off the Main Delhi-Haridwar National Highway, abutting D.P.S. Ghaziabad, this 4.75-acre campus carries a clear mandate: to provide world-class educational facilities that stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the city.

The challenge was the land itself—generous in ambition, limited in extent. The response was careful, deliberate planning aimed at one thing: limiting the footprint of the built form to liberate as much ground as possible for open green space. Every square meter of construction was weighed against what it would cost the landscape. The built won some. The open won more.

The philosophy driving the design is simple: all-round development cannot happen within four walls alone. Learning leaks. It spills out of classrooms, into corridors, onto lawns, under the sky. The central OAT (Open Air Theatre) is the clearest expression of this belief—a space where children gather not just to perform, but to simply be together, outside, exposed to air and light and each other.

The program is comprehensive: an Administrative Building, Primary School, Senior School, Hostels, Staff Quarters, Principal's Bungalow, and extensive Sports Area. Each component is planned not as an isolated block, but as part of a larger whole—connected by landscape, oriented around openness, and designed to let learning happen everywhere.

“The brief asked for a school. We gave them a campus where the buildings step back so the children can step out. Knowledge lives in books. Wisdom lives in the spaces between. The OAT is just proof that the best classroom has no walls.”
