A Single Tower. Twelve Flats Per Floor. All Rooms Filled with Light.
Located at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Riviera Heights is a study in efficiency without compromise. The site, while valuable, demanded a solution that maximized potential without sacrificing liveability. The answer was simple and direct: a single tower rising G+12 stories, with twelve flats per floor.

This is not merely a numbers game. The configuration allows for optimal utilization of the site while ensuring that every flat, every room, receives its due share of light and air. In a typology where inward-facing rooms are often resigned to darkness, here, adequate care has been taken—deliberately, meticulously—to ensure that all rooms across all flats are naturally ventilated and sunlit.

The result is a complex that feels open, airy, and generous—despite its density. A single tower, rising with purpose. Twelve homes on every level, each one designed to breathe.

A Facade That Commands Attention
Against the urban skyline of Ghaziabad, Riviera Heights makes its presence felt—not through height alone, but through material and rhythm. The facade is defined by a striking interplay of terracotta-toned cladding and neutral masonry, creating warmth and texture at every scale.

Strong vertical elements draw the eye upward, while deeply recessed balconies do more than provide private outdoor space—they create a dynamic play of light and shadow that shifts with the movement of the sun. By morning, the building is all warmth. By afternoon, it is all depth. By evening, the shadows soften, and the facade settles into quiet elegance.

At the crown, a series of contemporary pergolas complete the composition, adding a sense of lightness to the building's silhouette—as if the tower, for all its mass, does not weigh heavily on the sky.

Typology Mix
The floors offer a balanced mix of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, catering to a range of family sizes and budgets. Yet the unifying thread across all units is the commitment to openness—every bedroom, every living space, every corner planned with light as the primary material.

The Unifying Idea
Riviera Heights proves that density need not mean darkness. A single tower, efficiently planned, can still offer ample ventilation, abundant light, and an overall sense of spaciousness. The facade gives it presence. The planning gives it soul. The light gives it life.

“Strong verticals draw the eye up. Deeply recessed balconies catch the light and hold it. The crown floats on contemporary pergolas. The building stands. The sky barely notices the weight.”
