Located with the premises of Niho Scottish garden, amidst the buildings of "Oxirich Avenue”; the club building is designed to service the residents of around 250 Flats. As per the design brief the club is designed to accommodate various services, ground floor has a state of the art gymnasium, library cum reading room, card room & club offices.
First floor is essentially an indoor gaming zone with dedicated rooms for Table tennis, 8 ball pool & chess carom rooms, needs of young children have been taken care through providing separate kids play room. Second floor houses a small party hall capable of holding a gathering of around 170 Pax, along with an adequately designed kitchen to serve all the culinary needs of the hall. In addition to the built areas; a large pool has also been designed on one side of the club, with proper walkways & decks this zone is the perfect relaxing areas for all the residents of this society.
