The project is located in Hapur, the site area of the proposed site is 3095 Sqmt. The immediate surroundings of the site include collectorate, vikas bhawan and police station. The site is ideal for the proposed building since the whole zone would become institutional hub for the city, the facade of the building has been designed to blend in with facades of the neighbouring institutional buildings.


The design solution evolved as a response to the existing shape & geometry of the site. The shape of the built form follows the slight bent shape of the site, also the setback laws made few pockets totally unusable for any kind of formal use these zones were identified and then utilized for various services. The green area in the front, adds to the visual experience making it more appealing. The emphasis was to create a facade which would go with the surrounding buildings.
